What is Siupo?+
Siupo is a restaurant booking platform that helps you discover restaurants, view details, and reserve tables — including choosing your preferred seat on an interactive floor map.
Do I need an account to book a table?+
You can browse restaurants without an account. To complete a reservation and manage bookings, you'll need to sign in or create a free customer account.
How do I make a reservation?+
Search for a restaurant, open its profile, choose the reservation tab, pick your date, time, party size, and preferred table on the floor map, then confirm your booking.
Can I choose a specific table?+
Yes. Siupo supports interactive floor maps so you can see table locations and select the seat that suits your occasion — window seat, private area, and more.
How do I cancel or modify a booking?+
Go to My Bookings in your account to view upcoming reservations. Cancellation and modification options depend on the restaurant's policy shown at booking time.
Is Siupo free for diners?+
Browsing and booking through Siupo is free for customers. Any charges related to your meal are handled directly by the restaurant according to their menu and policies.
How do rewards work?+
Eligible customers can earn and redeem rewards through participating restaurants and promotions. Check the Rewards section after signing in for your current balance and offers.
How do I report a problem with a restaurant?+
Use the Report an Issue page to submit feedback about service quality, safety concerns, or other issues. Our team will review your submission.

Visit the merchant registration page to create a partner account and set up your restaurant on the platform.
