Siupo provides a marketplace connecting diners with restaurants. We facilitate discovery and reservations but are not the restaurant operator.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to comply with each restaurant's policies, including cancellation rules and dress codes where applicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Limitation of liability
Siupo is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all restaurant information is error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, Siupo is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the platform or your dining experience at a partner restaurant.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Siupo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
